Online Tests

There was one online test. It contains a bunch of questions with scenarios and it took in total 1.5 hours to complete.

How to respond for success

I did not prepare for this stage at all. It only requires you to answer as you would choose. You will pass if your natural working style aligns with the company

HireVue

This stage takes around 1 hour. You will face pre-recorded Q's and have a set amount of time to digest, then record an answer.

Expect general, 'tell me a time when' type questions.

How to respond for success

Don't overcomplicate things. They won't expect you to have much professional knowledge as a 1st/2nd year student. I would suggest for this interview just say what comes to mind and be confident, and of course try your best to be logical and organised. I was wearing a suit for the interview.

Final Interview

It was only one interview with a senior member from the company and it took around 45 to 60 minutes.

Learn about the company and the role. Be confident and smile. Try to make it like a conversation rather than interview. Wear a suit.
